Kenny Cohn, President
Kenny Cohn is a founding member of the International Window Cleaners Association and has served on the Board of Directors as President. Kenny has served as a consultant with architects and engineers on construction projects to determine safe roof design for companies providing exterior maintenance. His most notable consulting project is the Control Tower Design at the New Reagan National Airport in D.C.
Kenny is an active member of several metro area associations that deal with property management and real estate such as AOBA, IREM Chapters 77 and 92 and PWNA (Power Washers of North America).. Kenny also has published several articles for trade publications dealing with topics in the window cleaning and exterior maintenance industry.

Guillermo Simpson, Operations Manager
Kevco's new Director Of Commercial Operations in The Window Cleaning, Pressure Cleaning and Parking Garage Cleaning Divisions comes to us from UNNICO Service Company, the local division of the 3rd largest building service contracting firm in North America. He served as an account manager of Properties a million square feet or more. His expertise in personnel management, problem solving , trouble shooting and excellent communications skills along with years of experience managing crews on several job sites simultaneously has made his transition into his new role as Director Of Operations of KEVCO a smooth one. With his previous experience working for a company with over 600 million in annual sales, KEVCO Building Services is proud to have Guillermo on board.

Evalyn Cohn, Vice President
Evalyn, KEVCO's co-owner has a Bachelor's degree from Boston University and a Master's Degree in Education and Human Development from the George Washington University. She gained extensive knowledge working in real Estate Management and Development in the Richmond Virginia/Tidewater area in the multi-unit housing arena. After moving to the Washington area, Evalyn became involved in the Janitorial and Window Cleaning business managing nighttime commercial cleaning crews and Residential Window Cleaners. She is a member of several industry/trade and Real Estate management organizations such as the IWCA (International Window Cleaners Association) PWNA (Power Washers Of North America), AOBA and IREM. She has participated in seminars on both the local and national levels on dealing with Women in an active role in Business, primarily in the service industry. Evalyn is a published writer in newspapers and trade journals and is active in local scholastic sports programs at her children's schools, primarily at the High School and County levels.

Yvonne Ponton-Rozman, Director of HR and Business Development
Yvonne comes to KEVCO with excellent credentials in the area of Human Resource and Business Management. Yvonne graduated from the University Of Maryland with a degree in Operations and Quality Management and gained tremendous experience managing multiple employees (100 +) for Bally Total Fitness. From managing front desk and customer service operations at multiple locations to auditing membership contracts,Yvonne's human resource experience got a total work-out! With a myriad of HR professional roles held at Bally's coupled with her professional work experience at Loiederman Soltesz, & Associates, one of the metro area's leading engineering firms, both were excellent lead-in positions that catapulted Yvonne into the fast paced field of exterior maintenance. She is an active member of The Amercian Management Association, the National Society of Human Resource Management and a Charter member of the Frederick and Montgomery County chapters. Yvonne is currently working on her Professional Human Resource Certification (PHR) Welcome to the KEVCO team Yvonne!

A University Of Maryland graduate, Nancy, with experience in many facets of accounting, has exhibited her true talents for being detailed oriented, analytical and comprehensive when solving problems varying in size. With a complex industry such as exterior maintenance, Nancy is 100% committed and driven to analyze and solve any situation with her extensive experience.

Jose Rosales, Quality Control Supervisor
Jose Rosales is a KEVCO employee moving his way up the corporate ladder of success. Starting as a window cleaner in the residential division, Jose's current position places him responsible for coordination and implementation of all safety and training materials as well asquality control inspection supervisor for both the Commercial and Residential divisions. Jose is the "go to" man for coordinating and conducting all new hire training on technique, safety and company policies and procedures and conducts all exams for employee progress reports and evaluations. As safety and training are the name of the game at KEVCO, Jose is your contact for quality assurance in the exterior maintenance industry.
